G'day guys been a while since posting on here,
Been a trip years in the making but we're finally going to do it this year.
Looking at going to Yalata from Perth. Seeking advice about campsites to stay at, time of year for best conditions basically any info from people who are local or have done the trip from Perth

I thought they'd closed
I thought they'd closed access in nowadays but just checked online and it must be open again...
As fas as best places to fish, that will change from week to week...
We camped up the Hilton end...
I went late for the Jews ( march ) but got a couple, well worth the trip...
Plenty of Gummys/Schoolies/Bronzies and Pinks....
Keep in mind they've now banned the taking of Pinks NTH/West of Kangaroo Island now until 2023...
Also remember its a dry zone...
