Squid from river 23/05/2007

Caught this squid from Rocky Bay this afternoon after trying with NO sucess from South Mole and another spot of mine at which I dropped my whole out-fit in the drink!! How things can change....but I think I have to strip my reel down!

Yep it was nice and calm cause of the wind direction and pretty clear. Going back tomorrow for another bash. MAXY

I've seen a few at this spot before but not sure if people catch many. I would think so cause the river flushes really good that close to the ocean. As I said the water vis was pretty good. MAXY

There are heaps along the shore line in mosman park near meads down to chidley point and there were some thumpers in the shallows of the end of the point walter spit .They swim all over your light when diving for crabs at night

Nothing beats a day on the water catching a fish is just a bonus
