Smiths Beach Salmon

This one actually Bled to death seconds after i landed it, Was gushing blood all the way in. Quite wierd as it was bleeding before i hooked it up? I saw a big blood trail following my lure. Very wierd indeed. Hence the 3 second fight.

Walk
Looks like a bit of dolphin damage to it.
Did you enjoy the walk all the way back from "Super Tubes" or bum a lift from the pro's if they were there.

Yeah we did see a few dolphins have a go at small pods of 10-15 fish I just thought it was wierd that he took my lure in the state he was.
I wish i got a lift! Walked all the way back to the carpark up the stairs.

Was a good productive strip
Was a good productive strip there on smiths beach, heaps of white wash and massive gutters all along, But there was one stand out spot that i barely moved 10 meters from. Wasn't an aweful lot of salmon but it was certainly enough to keep us entertained. Sometimes it would be 10 casts between a hookup, sometimes a hundred. Effort=Rewards

I had one a couple days ago
I had one a couple days ago take my live whiting while being chased by a dolphin, had it for 30 seconds before the pod decided to nible on it. Had lots of problems with the dolphins at Bunkers. max
