Massacred Mullet Bait

My ten inch mullet bait with a fair proportion ripped out by a beastie in the river. Clear half moon shaped bite, very surgical (clear on right but I let the scabby gill bit fall in to the shot on the left) 41/2 - 5 inches across ????? Resulted in a screaming run, then it got bored and let go. Still gets one thinking doesn't it.
