It's right here.

The only changes I made were to add some flour to bulk it up a bit add the parmesan as instructed and then I dipped the dhu in an egg wash before rolling it in the mix.  

It looks pretty oily in the pic but it wasn't that bad. I ran out of paper towel so I couldn't pat it down.

all the time and always looking at different ways to have it, well tonight we had it your style and must say it was good..

We added some bread crumbs to bulk it up and then baked it in the oven..

No probs, I might have a crack at the baking option next time too... the crust would be a lot better baked than fried I reckon.
