Nice effort that. Still not sure why you( anyone) wouldnt just leave them without catching and releasing so many, seems a big risk of damaging/killing fish for no reason.

Guess you don't know its a school of dhues until you've caught a few, could be pinks and all sorts in amongst them to fill the bag.  Nice work mate.

Good stuff.  If only there was some software that allowed us to open up the photo a little wider and check out the GPS points.

Sun, 2011-02-20 16:13

Have the sounder set like that grayzee so i can read the 2nd echo.Anyone that knows me,Knows i have the utmost  respect for fish. All released fish where bought up slowly, not lifted into the boat and released with a huge release weight to the bottom i have no doubts that all would have survived. Was a good session thats for sure this spot always has fish like this, this time of year maybe there spawning???

3 guys fishing when you all

Sun, 2011-02-20 16:53

3 guys fishing when you all hook up at once doesn't take that long to land 8.Could of been longer than 10 minutes though its not like i timed it just guessing.Regret not throwing down my back to front rigged richter plug and seeing if i could get one on that that would have been interesting to see if one would take it.Would certainly prove the people who think dhuies are fussy wrong.

Nice when you get fish like

Sun, 2011-02-20 21:28

Nice when you get fish like that.Im guessing most of the fish would have been bait and the dhuies were rounding them up .we have that happen on some spots each year and the fish will stay some times for weeks .well done

You could have panned a little to the left to get a capture of the other screen at the same time.  LOL.
