New boat ramp access at Hillarys marina

Looks like the Dept of Transport are going to make some changes to the way you queue up at Hillarys. It should alleviate those blockages on West Coast drive on the busy days but a few tight corners to get around for some of the bigger rigs.

They need to put times on
They need to put times on launch/retrieve lanes for peak periods as they cause confusion and congestion aswell
