Can anyone direct me to the boating restrictions that will be in place this weekend for the Crabfest in Mandurah?

Temporary notice to mariners
Page 77 of the Mandurah Mail (local newspaper) has the temporary notice to mariners listing all the restrictions.

The boating restrictions in Mandurah this weekend will be the thousand's of tourists invading the place.

Thanks for posting the crab video
Now that is one dangerous species of crab, I don't think I would go walking and dabbing for those.
