Mullet seems to be the bait that I have the most success with. The rig is simple, just a set of ganged hooks and a sinker big enough to hold the bottom.
The last few fish I have got have been in dirty water close to the beach with some weed with clear water out the back. Can only ashume they use the dirty water to hide and attack from.
