To a blender, add: a crushed
To a blender, add: a crushed clove of garlic, a 100g of walnuts, handful each of parsley, mint and two of basil, a dash of dill, then blend until chopped roughly.
Next, stir in two tablespoons of olive oil and 60g of parmesan.
Leftovers pretty good in sandwiches too.
