Thought I had better make room for the fresh stocks arriving this weekend.
So over to a mates place for dinner with 8 crays last night.

These would be the longest
These would be the longest I've had crays in the freezer (5 months) - had a few good dives late in the season - the bigger they are the better they freeze up. Wrap them up nice and tight (hard to do with all the spikey bits though).
