Quite a dark pic (very overcast) so hard to be certain.

another 'I think so', but it is hard to be sure - I can't see any indication of spots so have a look at broad-barred spanny too, but I think that first dorsal fin might be too long to be that.

That was my second guess, but as you said there arnt any lines or spots so hard to tell.
