Your not wrong, we used to have trouble pulling the 8m ali dive boat up there through the sand but thats bad.

Mid to Low Neap
Thats mid tide on the Neaps. Ok for the tinny brigade, but not so good for anything over 5m.

yea and we only got a 21 foot
we launched our boat there once and went for a short troll was all good but getting the boat back on the trailer was close to inposible the boat has a few scratches along the side from getting it back on.
