What to catch?

Right boys
Not being local I am not sure of all your weird and wonderful species. Therefore I am asking that if you were in my shoes what would you target and how would you catch it. This might give some ideas and stop me from trying catch something that aint there!

Mainly landbased mate
Mainly landbased mate although if anyone knows of a good charter company I will hire one maybe from broome or exmouth. All will be sea fishing mate.
