Hi All,
Heading down to walpole next week for 4 days for the first time in around 20 years. Has anyone got any tips for fishing in the Nornalup inlet?
Cheers

Run over to where the
Run over to where the Nornalup river hits the deep water and follow it with you sounder back towards the ocean opening , set up a anchor above the deepest part just before bottom of the tide and start of the incoming.
shoild get some bream and whiting running the deepest section.

The water has warmed up here
The water has warmed up here now so there's some beaut mixed bags, try anywhere really in the holes and channels for kgs ,hezzas, yellowfin whiting and any sand flats for Sandy's and flatted, couple of crabs getting around aswell.
If you anchor in any of the channels towards the mouth please leave enough room for the bigger boats coming in from the ocean as it gets pretty tight and run out of water
