i droped my boat of to a well known boat shop south of the river for them to sell it for me , they sold it 3 weeks ago and guess what no money in my bank acount yet ring them every day "oh yeah we need to transfer that money " , if no money is in my account after the anzac week end i will get crancky and front the arsholes

Don’t use the phone
Dont waste time on the phone, front the guy and use your phone to take a couple of good photos of the guy and make sure he knows you are photographing him and his car.
If he asks what are you doing tell him it’s to make sure the cops will have a good description of him when you lodge a complaint if your money is not in your bank ASAP. And ask to see his drivers licence as well.
And name the yard so members don’t have the same trouble you are having

same here
The same thing happened to me last year when i sold the Patriot.
Boat Yard wouldn't pay up - took one month to get the cash and even then was under duress.
what i learned is that the boating industry isn't regulated like the car industry...consignment sellers beware !!
