Simrad reading 2 bottoms

Hi guys just brought a nss12 evo3 and a tm275lhw plugged it in and sound has a melt down when in under 3m of water, it freezes and skips between 2 different depths not sure what's wrong. I have had many Simrad systems and never experienced this? I am currently running it straight through screen no s5100

Double echo
Its picking up a double echo, signal bouncing back down off the hull and being picked up a second time by the transducer

I think you need to adjust
