Hi Guys,
I'm staying in Dunsborough this weekend and have been given the task of catching the meal for Saturday nights feed which needs to feed 6 people.... Last thing i want to do is come back and say i caught a roast chicken!
Any help from anyone on where to try and what to fish for would be great.
Cheers

I would start off with light lines, catch your bait fish, fish at the right time as the sun goes down or very early mornings.

Lures
Thanks TT,
I'll try to go up the beach a bit then and give some lures a go. I might have to go to the tackle shack tonight to see if i can pick up a few of the bits and bobs that i need.
Cheers.

If you can, find a place called the White Sands Holiday Village
on Geographe Bay Rd. There is a track to the beach straight across the road from there and the track comes out on a spot that has a decent hole. You can get some reasonable fish - tailor, flathead, salmon- there, especially on a high tide and if the seabreeze is in. (Colin 1 - Co-founding member of the prestigious Colin Club)

try using a rod and reel.
try using a rod and reel. this is much easier than using a handline.
