I don't like knocking them as they have to make a living but the 35metre line behind Garden Island was heavily and I mean heavily potted today by a pro with green and yellow floats ".........trouble is he hasn't shortened the ropes which have to be at least 80 metres long. there is rope all over the surface and for those early weekend risers you should be aware if heading out predawn. Plenty of fish biting but no surface activity whatsoever.
