we pmed Terry F with the same question last week he told us it is not coming in to effect till march 2010 that is why nothing is on the net yet .

FAQ being handed out at Mandurah boatshow by Fisheries shows commencement of Recreational Boat Fishing licences March 2010. Rec. Boat Fishing $30 (Standard) $15 (Concession) Rock Lobster, Marron, SW Freshwater & net fishing will go up to $40.00 & abalone down $4 to $40.00. Multiple licences purchased at same time get a 10% discount.
