Have a look on eBay, search

Have a look on eBay, search EVA boat flooring. I haven't used it but know a fella that has and is happy with it. See what you think.

I got Udek from a mob in

Sun, 2022-06-19 07:37

I got Udek from a mob in Henderson and found that all of my sheets shrunk a little bit so where I had sheets butted up, I have a 5mm gap between so it looks a bit shitty.

My deck required a bit of a jig saw puzzle to install and I am pretty disappointed.

where I have a large flat piece in the bow it has come up fine.

Just be weary that it does get hot.

Wouldn’t do EVA flooring again

Tue, 2022-06-21 08:09

Spent a small fortune on custom EVA flooring for my boat last year, wish I had painted it with some sort of non slip instead, we use bait and and it sticks to the floor and seems to soak into it , even hosing it off during the day it leaves residue on the flooring that takes lots and time and effort to keep perfect, I now cover it with vynal from Clark rubber  when we go fishing so I  don't have to spent hours keeping it nice, certain panels have distorted slightly and gaps are appearing between sheets, worst 6 k I ever spent on my boat , never again.

Deck Armour

Tue, 2022-06-21 09:26

I spent $5k on deck armour recently when doing my boat up a bit. So far I am extremely happy with it! Gets bait, blood all over it and a small bit of hosing off with the deck wash and then a clean when back in washing the boat and it comes up like its brand new. Doesnt get hot and feels really good under foot. The old rubber matting I had from Clark Rubber after a few hours you had to wear thongs because your feet start to get real sore.

But yeah it cost $5k to get my 7m boat done
