I'm curious to see how much would the 2000kg trailer with rollers be?

The galv trailer for my 6m boat will be up for a rebuild (fair bit of unseen rust when i bought it) at the end of the year but for the right price I'd consider going for an Ali trailer.

Hi skipjack you inspired me to build my own trailer so iv purchased everything I need except for my I beam.

I need to work out the radius so I'm able to bend the I beam to shape.

I'm purchasing 200mm x100mm I beam 8mm.

What's the best way to bend this to shape mate cheers tommygunn

Hey mate that post is 7 years old now so you prob won't get a response from op but there are places you can take it to get the bends done, bend tech comes to mind.

 or just do it yourself.

I made up a jig to do it with a jack.

Think he discovered that it wasnt that easy, I bought the 2nd set of beams off him 7 yrs ago and built my own trailer for the Cruisecraft
