Those are the co-ordinates but they are definitely not out yet. They put them in the same place each year. DPIRD are also deploying the Perth Game Fishing FADs this year which is how I know.
They don't normally have fish on them until December but they might quickly this year given they are quite late.

RFW FADs have been deployed
According to their news release a few weeks ago the metro FADs and a few others have already been deployed.
PGFC FADs are not yet.

Some of the dpaw ones are out according to their Facebook but Perth game fishing ones were at CPBC last Tuesday when I was there
