300lb Marlin on 24kg braid hooked past the continental shelf....took a 500m first run after the strike....2hr fight from 80ft mothership....I was stuffed...we couldn't chase it, and the boat was left in gear moving forward slowly....had a large beer or ten after that! Must get bigger gear....
