Salmon Holes

Salmon Holes, Albany. Good spot for salmon off the rocks to the left as long as the swell is down and you know what you're doin on the rocks.. a lot of people get washed in here.

Cheers Andy. Yeh good spot but gets packed out during the holidays as it's an easily accessed spot. I had a funny day there once tho...
Went down and there were already people lined all up the beach fishing so I walked past them all and up onto the rocks on the left. 3 seperate schools of salmon came past the rocks and then cut across the bay. I hooked up on the first school and my fish headed into the beach so I walk down there and fought infront of everyone, landing it, then heading back out to the rocks and hooking up again on the next school. Landed 3 out of the 3 schools, meanwhile no one on the beach even had a touch!
Swell was down and it was a nice sunny day so the rocks were safe so was worth gettin out there.
