Just means I might have to keep 2 fish insteada one. ;) Cooking in the oven at the moment is a solid slab of chilli garlic butter red emperor. Might just drop over the trout spot tomorrow on the way in from billfishing, just for a bit of variety in my diet.

starting to fire up
Few landed on the weekend, bit fussy thou. Should be starting to fire up for the comp weekend after next and the next moon. Should be heading out there tomorrow but its too much of a risk in the tinny with westerlies forecast in the arvo increasing to strong. Should be a beautiful morning thou until lunch time. Hopefully the frogmouth mulies start their run soon which will bring things on.
Anyway, sorry for the offtopic Uncle.

Thats one part of the fish I can't eat, frames and wings god it tastes so fishie to me,But has anybody tried snapper livers, they are fantatic,dustied in seasoned flour slap on the bbq then eat with some nice italian bread. Bob reckons I'm weird, I love rollmops, fish livers, smoked eel, smoked salmon and fresh salmon, but not over wrapped in dhuie, snapper, whiting etc.
