looks like a nice feed. pan fried after dusting in flour using a bit of butter, cook them till the tails are nice and crispy then all you need to do is pull out the backbone and eat the rest. they taste great

Beautiful fish. I seem to catch the bigger ones from the beach in winter. Is that because of the higher tides?
