I will take the cobia anytime over the mackie,in fight and in eating qualities by far.

Yep, cobia for the fight and taste. Caught a biggen recently in Exmouth (inside Tanda's) and was kept without any hesitation. I reckon cobia taste like a bit of sweet chicken....gets my tick!~
