Every morning started out
Every morning started out with light winds building to 20+ knots by 8:30AM. Then after lunch it would vary what time but the winds would drop to less than 10 Knots or even just glass off.
Even the days with 30knots forcast dropped to nothing in the afternoon.

Good conditions Noha....night fishing?
Well, sounds like you couldn't have asked for better conditions. With the winds luffing in the afternoon, where you tempted/did you do any night fishing?

I been told that evening
I been told that evening fishing on a full tide is by far the best fishing. We where not tempted to be honest as we caught more fish than i had expected in two days and did not want anymore bottom fish.
I have never been a freezer filler and was ashamed when I wieghed the fillets at the end. We only really kept two big fish each a day and a couple a quality small ones.
We thru back mackies, legal sized trout and rankins, heaps of spanglies and other emporers.
