ive always when I can be bothered seperate
legs n shooters quick boil then soaked in
vinerga for few hrs then drained and tossed
thru a salad! Bloody mint !
Just below eyes. Pull beack out . Flour ( batter or crumb) whole lot . I don't seperate . 1 to 2 mins in deep fry. Done. Wings salt and pepper . Done. Body's bait.
