Looking forward to it...first time pulling Kgs to tell the truth. The fillets are the whitest flesh ive seen on a fish.
Flatties fillet up very clean also.

IMO, 2 of the best eating fish we can get in Perth!
A fish in the hand is worth 10 in the water!
