strange day guys, the plan was to head out deep with my mate bux,

he went early , i made it to the 50 line and the swell surged up, quite dramatically, became very lumpy with no wind, so we decided to hit some ground close by,

nicely done first drop resulted in 3 dhuies , 2 released but size and micky,s thumper ,

couldnt manage another one there as the sambos moved in quickly, so we headed out wider south,

found a lump in the 70,s I havent been to in 2 yrs and it was on!! ist drop dble header pinks , hungry fighters,

we were also bricked several times ,we  landed some big sambos but  have no idea what bricked us, possibly huge yellowtail kings ,

I had a 400LB swivel straightened out ???, plus micky had 2 straighten and leaders were breaking,

we did however manage some nice pinks there, finishing our bag easily and leaving them hungry for another day, turned out better than I thought,

great fun, i heard the swell roared up within an hour, we had no wind but big lumps up and down,,
