Baked teriyaki(ish) dhu

The marinade didn't have a name, it was a bit similar to teriyaki but not quite there.  Really simple to make and mess free too. Very good and with a chilli or two thrown through it it would have gone off.

There's no baking temp given, I did it at 220 degrees C for about twenty minutes and it was a smidge too long.  They were thin fillets.

Goes really well with the red cabbage in the salad.
