hey just wondering if its worth packing a few plastics and lures for warroona dam herd theres a few redfin and trout in there never fished freshwater so was wondering if anyone had any tips for a newbie

Definately, plenty of trout
Definately, plenty of trout and redfin in there. If your shore based fish the wall and any banks that drop away fast for redfin. Use 35-70mm plastics with plenty of tail action. As for the trout small hardbodys in trout colours are my go to but Plastics can work just as well at times.
