Great vid thanks for sharing, just a few questions, I didn't see any EPIB, or flare packs or life jackets or boat registration stickers to indicate the boat (all be it small) that the registration fee had been paid nor where there bottles and cans floating around in the lake. Nor was there fleets of yachties racing around the lake in near out of control situations.
That can't be a democratic country other wise you would have all those things plus D o T patrol boats to ensure you are fully paid up with the required fees, then the DoF patrol boats to check on your catch.
