Tm265lh not showing on e97

I’ve just fitted a tm265lh transducer to a cp450c module and then to my e97 mdf this is what I’m getting when I try to select transducers any ideas?

Is the transducer a Raymarine specific part number?
Otherwise you may need to use the airmar junction box for Raymarine chirp transducers.

This is 100% true. There is a sense resistor that is required which the chirp box adds into the cirrciut. I have just been through this exercise. The chirp box is a really nice bit of kit however you can do it without the chirp box by adding the 3K resister when you splice on the Raymarine plug. I have the wiring diagram for this and can help if you like. PM me.
If it is a Raymarine part number transducer the resister is built into the curcuit, if this is the case you either have a faulty transducer or CP450 module
