Just saw an item on the news about somebody being infected with HIV from getting Tatts in Bali , did not see the full news item but beware.

bali tatts
seems like atm there is only one bali tatt parlour involved in the HIV scare, but unfortunately they wouldn't name it so every one is now suspect. The WA health department have asked that anyone who recently got a tatt in Bali present themselves for a test. Scarey stuff.

Cant see why they would skimp out on clean needles when they are cheap as chips. Not that i have had ink in Bali but im sure they would open the needle in front of you. If not your the fool for letting them proceed jmo

lots of my mates have got em and they are all good clean opening needles in front of u etc and it sure as hell would be easier to get HIV from a wrong move in the bounty one night ;) banchong

most of my tatts were done in asia, the art is twice as good as the work ive had done in oz, it actually cost more and the shop was also cleaner and more organised than here. my first thought when reading the paper was also along the lines of a bad encounter with the local wildlife.
