Swan River Blood Worms

Hi All who love to fish,
I used to dig blood worms with my dad off Harrison Island about 50 years ago. Iv'e checked out the DPIRD rules etc its okay to dig them if you stay within 5m of the shore and fill in the holes/divets that you cause.
2 questions.
1) Does anyone out there grow their own Swan River Blood Worms for their own use.
2) Can anyone tell me roughly where to dog for them.( I tried recently where we used to go near the causeway on Herrison Island and I think the new bridge build may have changed the river bed a bit. I couldn't find any black mud.
Any info would be very much apreciated.
Cheers All
