Suzuki DF70 engine hours

I am trying to acertain the engine hours on my 2006 Suzuki DF70 outboard NO hour meter fitted with these outboards.
When I turn the ignition on the tacho goes up to 2100 rpm No flashing from the over rev light.
The serice manual doesn't mention this 2100 rev number in it, Any ideas?

I googled it and apparently
I googled it and apparently every 1000rpm is 100hrs run time, So it looks like my outboard has done 210hrs.
