super glue

hey all
i have tried 2 different brands of super glue to glue mono together but both will not dry, it sticks other plastics i have tried it on but wont work on the mono, are there and brands you have used that work? - preferably one with a rubber base for flex

Zap pink is the one you're after. Also use it for Windons.
Zap Pink or Zap-a-gap. I use Zap pink for knots and Wind-ons.

sweet bunnings an agent for it? - i want to use it for the mono tag on an albright knot so i can cast it without catching on my eyelets

Not sure about Bunnings. Check your local tackle shop (some have it) or failing that try a hobby shop.

UV knot sense
I use this on my knots and leaders. It goes on wet , then hold it in the sun ( or under a UV lamp ) and it dry's in seconds. It also stays a bit rubbery so dosn't crack when flexed . You can smooth out the glue on the knot before setting it dry so it is great for going thru the runners on your rods.
Flyworld in Bayswater/Maylands stocks it .
