STOLEN dog, please help !!!!!! kidnapped from 2rocks sturday night at 9pm 31st march 2012 $2000 REWARD!!!!!

please im sure someone can help, on saturday night ,someone who claimed to be called "mathew" who owns a blue 100 series landcruiser approx 2005 model diesel with a crome or aluminium small bumper bar with 2 LIGHTFORCE spotties and a row of LED lights above them mounted on bumper. distracted my mate while he stole his dog and drove off from the beach just north of 2rocks marina. $$$$$$ 2000 REWARD for info leading to the recovery of my mates best friend!
this is a brief pic of the vehicle, colour may be slightly darker than pictured or the same!
please pm me with any info...

the offender was drinking down the beach and got talkn to my mate bfore befriending him and stealing his dog while being distracted !!! he is very upset and cant think straight (which is understandable) so its up to me, his friends and the community to try help reunite them!!!

I feel for your mate
I went through a similar thing just before christmas she was stolen from our yard, unfortunatley she was dumped and was killed on the freeway near home a few days later, Hope he/she turns up safe

thats not a common colour in the 100 series, its called Storm Blue and was only avail on the 2005 upgrade year (which went to different grille/headlights/tail lights)
99% of the diesels were turbos (you can tell the turbo's as they sound very different (like vibrate instead of the usual loping sound)this model is called the HDJ100R
I am digressing but what i am getting at is we know
*the model - HDJ100R
*year Sep 05 - Nov 07
*colour -Storm Blue
*was it auto? (can he remember)
with these specs i reckon the police would be able to help -there would not be many 05(onwards) turbo 100's in this colour

Dont know if this helps but saw a 100 series TD that matches your description pretty well, heading south on the Fwy today, turned off on Leach Hwy exit. Plate was : 1CLN 370.
It looked like it had the little red symbol on the plate to indicate a gas conversion, but on a 4.2 Turbo Diesel, i would imagine its the diesel/gas system conversion. Had a spare wheel swing away arm on the rear bar with spare on it, passenger side. Unfortunantly didnt see if it had LED light bar but definitly had big black spotties(lightfore maybe?).

Why I asked if it was female is that, I fit blinds for a living and was in a house in Lesmurdie yesterday and the owner which was a lady had a puppy with identical markings to this photo you have posted. I remember it cause it wouldn't stop barking and following me.
Was your mates a puppy?
She said it was a rotto x heeler.
Cant remember if there was a cruiser but husband wasn't home, he is a kiwi though.

just to let every one know the bloke got his dog back!!
he was driving home from work in his work car and past the car in questions and followed them home etc then called the cops and game over for them low down dogs!!!!!
the dog had no harm done to it but just needed a good feed and alot of water.

Awsome news, I realy don't uderstand why they would steal someones dog . Would be interesting to hear their reasoning behind the theft to the courts . Either way they should be named and shamed because we know they won't get what they deserve through our great leagle system .
