Squid and crab day

My 31st wedding anniversary today , so she made me go out. :) got 30 good squid. Come home got crab nets out ,went out for a crab. Crabs are Choc a block with meat . Best meat of all.

Chilli
Squid . I add fresh cut tomatoes and capsicum and grated cheese on top after it’s finished cooking . Not hot chilli ( medium)

The squid look to have been Iki Jime at the perfect time, or straight after the empty of the ink sack, any tips on your process there as they seem very clean ?
Even with a few spikes between the eyes I find some still keep producing as such.
