some thing huge in the skippy hole

went out with 2 old mates yesterday arfo for a pinkie bash, just on sunset my small jig got hammered on the bottom, huge run then we got down to business, 2 laps around the boat, nearly fell off at one stage, then had to get him back to the boat. we cound'nt believe the size of the sambo, took 3 of us to lift the net in,caught on a big johns jig, the same one we have beem catching skippy and dollies on, few pics and released. heaps of skips, herring and a nice tailor. fun night out.

I'd be quite confident in saying that's the biggest fish caught on a 1/4oz Bucktail Banana Jig, those little Mustad XXH hooks are good.
