we dont need to be a TD dealer to service any Daiwa reels. I can service Saltigas and Stellas as well as Accurates.
If its not the handle then its more likely the main gear bearings or pinion bearing rusted out. The seller should have mentioned that to justify the low price.

Yes the knobs are replaceable to a RCS ally one. Then there's also the large EVA ones. Drop the reel in and I'll see what's needed to be done.
