Snapper in sound?

 Hi guys

looking at taking the kids out in the sound on the weekend anyone know if the snapper

are in yet? Best place to take them ?

 Fished the outside of GI and a little near the channel on Monday.. Plenty of whiting around but only the odd very small baby snapper..
