Smoking

Missed the incoming tide as work got in the way so fished the outgoing tide. Theadies didn't play the game but caught a couple of solid bluenose salmon so broke out the smoker and results were delicious.

2 loads through the smoker and happy days.

Tooth

Not bad on the tooth or the rod, the old blue nose. They love pretty much any chrome lure as well.

Yep these took whole prawns  on 10/0 saltwater fly hook with a running size 3 bean sinker, which are our usual threadie rig but we love a session with the chrome, usually get little trevors in amongst then as well so good fun on light gear. Asmall job in morning then have another go.

Looks bloody brilliant Bill. Try the smoked fillets in a patty with potato, spring onion, dill, egg, salt and pepper rolled in breadcrumbs. Works really well with the whiter smoked fillets.
