Smoked crayfish

Has anyone tried cooking there craytails in a smoker. I found this http://addapinch.com/cooking/smoked-lobster-tails-recipe/ and it looks bloody good. I think I will give it a crack.

Clean one raw
Soak in balsamic salad dressing for 1 hour. Drain and stick in smoker. Wicked. Good luck

Not that great. Won't do it again.
