Shore Catch Renews Sponsorship of Fishwrecked
Shore Catch is pleased to continue our sponsorship of the best web based fishing site in Western Australia, perhaps the world! The wealth of relevant information about fishing and boating contained within the Fishwrecked database, accumulated over the last 15+ years, should never be lost and Adam should be commended for the provision of the site.
As well as providing funding for site maintenance, we will sponsor a monthly Fishwrecked members prize and this will be a 15cm curved thin boning knife by Victorinox, Swibo or Victory. The competitions will vary, and member input is requested to determine what may be appropriate from month to month (stories, photos, most informative post, best comment, monthly individual species catches, etc). If you have a suggestion please let me know via a personal message. Adam has also allowed us to create a poll and it is intended to use member voting to determine winners for whatever category is selected in the month.
In keeping with the theme of an excellent site history on Fishwrecked, this month’s poll will be for the funniest post you have ever seen on the site (including post comments) – I can remember a few classics. Before posting the poll, we are asking members to nominate their favorite post and it is this nomination that will enter you for the prize – if multiple members nominate the same post then the winner will be randomly selected. We look forward to receiving the nominations and intend to list the finalist posts for review and voting over the last week in March – the poll will end on the last day of the month.
Shore Catch has now been operating for 5 years in Wangara, and we have always appreciated the feedback that Fishwrecked members have provided. After much trial and error, we have now consolidated our product lines and look forward to promoting these in the coming months as we enter the next phase of our business. We will not “bombard” you with commercial information but will try and provide subject matter that may be of interest. All we ask is that you consider us when assessing options for purchase of the type of goods that we supply.
