Ryobi Safari servicing

Hey guys a friend of mine has a Safari reel and the clicker on the drag has kind of ceased to work so when line is being pulled there is no noise being made. Just wondering if anyone knows how much it would cost to fix a problem like this (if it can be fixed) and where I could get it fixed? Cheers
