I see this as a possible make or break week
for the Eagles. Make it and looking at the future fixtures they should reach top 4, loose it and they may struggle.
Worried about the tight arse defence the doggies have this year. They are number one so far, last year I think it was us.
However just hoping they can get the Melbourne monkey off their back. As for tipping - well, lets just see!!!

I listened to the game while
I listened to the game while sitting around a campfire near toodyay drinking beer while the curry sausages when cooking in the canp oven.
It sounded like there wasnt a lot of pressure but one thing i heard as a positive was the 20 goal 6 points score line of freo. As one area of concern our game has had has been accuracy in front of goal. Now they need to back it up. Feel for apeness. 18 months out with a knee and first game back fractures his collar bone.

I didn't watch it but good on em, I guess it had to come.

Hard to watch
First qtr OK, dropped intensity a bit in the second. Bulldogs were killing them on the ground and at clearances, can't see how the eagles were so close. Really missed McGovern up back, Tom Cole too inexperenced.He might have made the difference. Thought they might have snatched it at the end, but kept butchering it going forward and turning it over. Bulldogs team to watch in the next few years.
Disclaimer--the above is my opinion only, and my wife has given up asking to to not swear at the TV at a volume which can be heard at the end of the street.
